The Details

After 2019's successful funding of Paul Eldon's Kiwanis Park basketball court improvements, and after overwhelming support from the donor group to have a regular event, The Rotary Club of Elliot Lake has decided to spearhead another '100 Elliot Lakers Who Care!' project - culminating in a live voting event in late fall 2023.

The idea is to provide local groups and stakeholders the ability to raise significant money to fund a community project, while simultaneously offering individuals a fun and meaningful way to leverage a small donation to affect big change in Elliot Lake.

How to Participate

1. Send a $100 Interac Email Money Transfer (EMT) to imin@elliotlake100.com, and follow up with a message to the same email address with your name and contact info.

Or,

Visit our Online Checkout and buy your vote..

2. Attend the Voting Event later this year to vote for your favourite project

Or: Email imin@elliotlake100.com for alternate arrangements

At the live voting event, the 100 donors will listen to pitches from community projects, and will vote to select a winner.

The winning project is funded that night with a $10,000 cheque from the donors in order to realize their initiative.

Throughout the process, The Rotary Club of Elliot Lake will be in regular contact with donors and project representatives via a dedicated email mailing list.
